Diana was great. I showed her a few pictures and she was able to combine them to a cut that works for my face shape. Awesome job. the atmosphere in the salon was great and pleasant. the wait wasn't long as they were moving people off the list in a timely fashion.

I have had a very positive experience every time I have come to this location. I would like to give a special shout out to the stylist I had today, Yahzayah. He was very friendly, actively listened to how I wear my hair, and really took his time to give me a trim and layers that would fit best with my fine hair type. He took the time to educate me on what I could do to help improve the health and look of my hair. It felt like he genuinely wanted to educate me. I didn't feel at all like he was just trying to sell me products. Thanks Yahzayah - people like you are hard to come by.

They, do an OK job but always have to refer to notes because you never get .the same stylist again. Lots of turnover it seems. Their new thing seems to be pumping out lots of product for you to take home.. I got asked multiple times to buy stuff which I was not interested in. Here on the review form are many services listed which did not appear to be offered or available in this studio. At the end, they offered me a coupon to return which made me happy. But it was within 3 weeks which is much sooner than I would ever use.
