Jeremy with Empire Towing and tried several things to get my car running prior to towing it off to the service dealer. I felt he went above and beyond what i expected from my tow truck driver.
Since my car had a steering lock column safety failure (determined at the dealership later), we could not turn the steering wheel, nor put the car in drive. Jeremy researched where the Park Release was in the car and we were safely able to pull the car onto the tow truck.
Jeremy took a picture of where he dropped the car off at the dealership and texted it to me that evening.

Empire Towing was a fantastic help when my engine went out on me on the way home from work on the evening of April 9th, 2024. They were accommodating and patient, made it to me quickly, and did a great job. Matt was extremely courteous and kind, making the whole experience as positive as possible. You couldn't ask for any better quality of service or a better person. Thanks so much!
