Concierge Cooler Service

Concierge is a great service! I needed a cooler repair and they scheduled me right away, fixed the problem and were on their way. They really know their stuff! They take care of their regular customers. No extra fees.

I talked to at least 6 swamp cooler and AC folks. A lot of them tried to upsell me and handle me and I was very clear what I needed and my cost ceiling. Concierge was VERY understanding. They quoted me an the quote included exactly the cost of everything. That alone...5 stars. I will always recommend them simply for not treating me like a sale. In that quote I was comfortable asking questions and they were very fast and kind in answering those questions. THEN...when they came, they moved their schedule around to fit mine. Good guys. Use them twice a year for winterizing and summerizing cooler. They call if they are running late and are efficient and friendly. They help keep an old cooler running with no complaints! Would definitely recommend them, whole crew is great!
