I have been training with chris for the last 6 years and a half. I started with a place that was close, intimate, and not sure what to do in the gym. I started 35 pounds heavier and with the goal to try out for Utah Jazz dancer. Chris motivated and helped me reach my goal, I was able to make it through to the semi finals. I continue to train with Chris a couple times a week. Workouts are always challenging and fun. Not somewhere you should go if you don’t plan on doing the work and challenging yourself.I feel so lucky to have trained with chris.
