Lifetime Roofing did a crappy job on our roof 5 years ago resulting in leaking in between our walls. They failed to install the metal flashing in the valley’s, which was listed on the invoice. We have extensive damage. We wouldn’t have even found the leaks if we didn’t remove our shower in the master bathroom and then the wall. We have mold, structural damage, stucco damage, and whatever unseen damage there might be. We purchased their most expensive warranty through GAF, when I call Lifetime Roofing, I’m directed to call GAF. This is not a shingle malfunction, this is a workmanship error on the roofing company. I’ve tried to get in contact with the owner and to have someone come out and inspect the job that was done and damages that have resulted.. I am being ignored, Do not have lifetime Roofing install your roof.
