When doctor Cruz left I thought oh my gosh what am I going to do? Well along came Jennifer and Sheila. The two young ladies are the most compassionate people I have ever meant in the medical field. I have met Jody (The Boss) 2-3 times she has treated me fairly and made my compliments so easy to write. If you go in with a positive and honest attitude you will be taken care of. I’m blessed to be able to see this staff of the most beautiful people once a month. Last thing I can’t write for everyone my opinion 5 stars, but if you’re out there and see Judy don’t miss out on introducing yourself. She will most definitely put a smile on your face.

The office staff at Hope family medical are all very kind especially Jennifer. Anytime I've needed help she's so kind and efficient and always willing to help and address anything I have going on without making me feel like just another patient. The girls at the front desk are great and always smiling when I walk in ready to help. I went from seeing my Dr. of 15 years to moving over to Hope Family Med. after he retired and I had such anxiety having to start fresh at a new clinic, but the office staff and Dr. Cruz made me feel so welcome.
