The worst sugaring experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve been sugaring for more than a decade). The technician seemed to be rushing through the services, forgot to put product on afterward until I reminded her to do so, and now I’ve just spent hours plucking all the spots she missed—so many long hairs—from my legs, underarms, brazilian, and lip. I’m extremely frustrated that I spent almost $200 for a service I had to painfully do myself afterward. This was my first experience with Hello Sugar, and I don’t want to risk ever going back to try with another technician.

Awful. I booked this appt about 1.5 weeks in advance and had put on my questionnaire I was on an antibiotic. I confirmed over text and over the phone and then I arrived at my appt and the declined because I was on the antibiotic. They wasted my time.
