I can't say enough good things about bobs lock safe and key. I left my keys in my car running. I called their service, and they had a technician come out to my location within 10 minutes of my call. He was incredibly professional and got the job done very fast!
Kyler came out to my apartment today and replaced three locks in under an hour. I had called this morning and made the appointment for 11 am. He came right when he said he would, communicated clearly, and did a wonderful job. If I have lock needs in the future, I 100% will be getting in touch with Bobs Lock Safe and Key.
Thanks to Kyler for fixing our front door handles. After 8 years of me trying to fix the issue with my front door inside knob & the dead bolt with zero improvement. I finally gave up and called in a professional. Kyler did an outstanding job, fixing my mechanism (door handles & dead bolt mounting). Sure it cost $, but it was worth every dollar to have a secure front door. Way to go Kyler & Bob’s Lock Safe & Key! Wish I would have involved these experts 8 years ago!
