The facial itself was incredible. Karine has a gentle, intuitive touch and clearly knows how to tailor everything to your skin’s needs. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. She also took the time to explain what she was doing and gave helpful, personalized skincare advice without being pushy.
What really stood out to me was how attentive and genuine she is. You can tell she truly loves helping people feel confident and refreshed. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next appointment.
Karine is the best. I have had two elluminate laser treatments with her. She’s so encouraging and helpful. She explains everything as she goes and makes you feel comfortable in the process.
