I really appreciate the expediency of work done by Specialty Restoration. The project manager/estimator that I worked with has excellent customer service. He took his time listening to all my whining. It’s very stressful needing work done on your home and this company is awesome.

This review is literally for my project manager Tyler Clayton / Rob and his crew.Rob showed up within the hour on Memorial Day after a devastating (for us) flood that ruined the entire floors in the house we hadn’t even owned for a year.They were quick and courteous and had the machines drying my entire home immediately.We were beyond Blessed to meet Tyler Clayton who definitely knew how to communicate with us and guide us throughout this whole ordeal.Like anywhere else in construction there has definitely been some hiccups along the way and we are still dealing with small things that need to be completed BUT with the wonderful experience and trust we have with Tyler...read full review

After the most recent hail storm, we needed a lot fixed on our house, we decided to have SRT help with the damages. I couldn’t believe how kind the employees were, and the customer service was AMAZING!!! The roofers worked in BOILING HEAT, to me, that says a lot!!!!! I enjoyed my conversations w all the employees, such great mannerisms!!!! Also, the staff inside the SRT buildings, are just fabulous, I was treated with much respect!! If we happen to need help again, we are contacting SRT, they go above and beyond for help!!!!
