I had a wasp problem in the enclosure part of my chimney. Big Jon came out same day I called and said he had someone who could come get on the roof and take care of it. I went ahead and got an indoor/outdoor pest spray because, well why not? They are already here! Adam came out yesterday, up on my roof, realized I had a LOT of wasps, and came out again today to finish it up. He took the time to answer my questions, spray it all thoroughly and find the places the wasps were entering through and sealed it up. The service tech, Adam, went above and beyond, was polite and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable too. However, I was under the impression that they provided other services as live traps, but was later informed they do not. So they were not able to work with me to get the opossum(s) out of my attic. I would definitely recommend Big Jon’s pest control.

Amazing service low prices and gets the job done incredibly fast had a really bad infestation and he got it done faster than I could even say the words “pest control” definitely recommend
