Just got back from taking our 11 year old son. I don’t think I could have asked for a better doctor to explain everything to him. The staff was very welcoming, compassionate and so so helpful. Fantastic service. From the exam to the hardware, it was a great experience. Great technology, thorough explanations, and they were able to work with my large head and find a frame that fit comfortably. They worked with me even without insurance fully covering what I needed. All options and benefits were presented clearly so I could see if any benefits and decide (without pushy tactics) what worked best for me. My wife also went here and had the same experience. Quick and efficient, with little wait time. Thank you for the great service.
