I can’t say enough amazing things about Kaitlyn! She did an absolutely incredible job grooming my chihuahua, Rico. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention she puts into her work.
Rico can be a bit crazy, but Kaitlyn handled him with such patience, kindness, and professionalism. When I picked him up, he looked better than ever—perfectly groomed, super soft, and clearly feeling great. You can really tell she takes pride in what she does and truly loves the dogs she works with.
