Derek was amazing and did an outstanding job! We were very pleased with how detailed and thorough he was in his report. He pointed out things my husband and I overlooked when we first walked our home. With that, we were able to make an informed decision on what items needed a professional repair and what items we could do on our own. Thanks again Derek!
