We began our seamless home buying experience in mid-November 2024 and closed on our new home in mid-June of 2025. We really fell in love with the neighborhood because it is much smaller than the mass produced subdivisions with homes that are sub-standard in construction with absolutely no personal input on interior or exterior finishes.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Peggy throughout the planning and with Brandin during the construction process. Both Peggy and Brandin are highly experienced and professional in all aspects from the initial contract, planning, specification, building and closing processes.
