Back in March I had my hair colored here for the first time. I love how it turned out and I will be returning for roots and gloss soon. The staff is very nice and colorist took the time to make sure the color I had in mind would work for the look I wanted. My only complaint, and my reason for the 4 stars, is even though I had an appointment, it took twice as long as it should have. I arrived on time but had to wait at least 45 mins before the colorist even came over. I know they were very busy and probably short staffed. Just something they can improve on.

I have been going to Madison Reed The Woodlands TX for a few years and have always had a good experience. The team is always in a great mood and gets along well. Everyone chit-chats and the salon has an old-time beauty shop-type vibe. Since changing over to Madison Reed my hair condition has improved 100%, and I get compliments regularly on my hair. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service I get from the team and my regular colorist (Kaitllan). I am a very happy and loyal customer. Kaitlin makes me happy!!!

I have had nothing short of five star experiences each time. The staff is amazing friendly helfpul and everything is maintinaed very nicely. I guess the one thing that bothers me everytime I go in -- the M is missing from the signage inside by the front desk. It looks shotty and out of character for the area and for the salon itself. It seems like that ought to be fixed over the last two years I have been going. Thanks otherwise! Wow! What a great program, salon and I am grateful!
