Incredible service and a knowledgeable technician. A lot of times you’ll call someone out and they won’t get the job done. And you’ll have to call someone else. That is NOT the case with them! I signed up to have continuous service because I know they’ll take care of my needs.
Wonderful service! I would recommend to anybody having issues with pests! Quick, professional, and helpful with any questions my family and I had. I definitely suggest reaching out to them if you have any pest problems!
Great experience with It's Bugs or Us and their technician that came out, Zerian B. Came out primarily to deal with a wasp issue I was having, and also helped with some bugs getting in through my bathroom drain. Took the time to clearly explain what he saw and his recommendations first, then explained what he was doing, and even gave me some tips on how to help prevent similar issues myself moving forward.
