Jess is AMAZING. She made my hair look amazing but also took away any negatives I had about myself. Honestly, before meeting Jess my self esteem was so low. It was awful. After one session she made me feel happy about myself and that every thing we added (extensions) were just for me, not for anyone else. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Jess was so wonderful and has a fun personality!! I had bought some extensions at another salon and the install was wrong. Jess repaired the install!!! She was so informative about how I can improve the quality of my extensions and hair. Jess was very understanding and empathetic with me and the condition of my hair when I came to her.
