Started off with squirrels in the attic, got rid of them, secured the house, but kept hearing noises, secured the garage and a few days later started hearing noises again. Started noticing a smell and they came back next morning and found a dead possum. Took care of that and hopefully that took care of the problem. Critter One gives a 15 month warranty, so they will stay after it till problem is taken care of!
Critter One of Houston is the group to call if you’ve got critters in your house! Zack comes out right away, access the situation, gives a fair quote, and return when you give the OK. The entire team are polite, professional , energetic, efficient hard workers. On the roof , in the attic, way way up the 2story ladders, Critter One gets rid of the critters and fixes all the damage so the animals can’t get back in! A big thanks to Zack and Jeffrey who came out today! Excellent work!
Critter One is a fantastic company. Honest and thorough. They explained everything to me so I understood exactly what was going on. They removed the rats from my attic then two months later when the rats created a new hole and got in again Critter One came out and got rid of them and sealed up the hole. Months after the first job. These folks really care about the customer. I highly recommend Critter One.
