I researched tons of places and recommended Lauren Holmes to my wife. She visited her once and loved her - amazing haircut. The sucky part is the follow up - my wife reached out multiple times for an Appt but she didn't respond, and when she eventually responded she didn't even share her availability. Not sure if it's my wife's race, or what, but TERRIBLE service. I wouldn't recommend Lauren to anyone!

I have a concern about a salon that manages their Woodlands salon to the highest level of quality but allows their other salons -- namely Uptown Salons Royal Oaks --- to not receive some much needed attention regarding repairs. ... and it is about safety. That is not right! I am calling out this business owner to do the right thing for all their customers. You may contact me via Messenger if you are serious about being fair to all clients.
