I don’t think I have ever come across a business that cares so much about their customers. Let’s face it when you’re calling a plumber you are having a bad day; there’s no way around that. When you reach out to this amazing group of humans you can be assured you will be taken care of as if you were a member of their family. Not only do they come out on time if not early but they are through and take pride in what they do; over communication is their thing and transparency is in their dna so much so that I had to tell them multiple times I trust y’all to do me right; and quite honestly I do. Had an excellent experience with ENCO. Heard water dripping in the ceiling from our water heaters on Saturday evening of a holiday weekend and had a technician here within 25 minutes. Cannot be more appreciative of their incredible customer service. Their quick response helped us avoid serious damage. They were thorough in explaining everything and performed great work. Highly recommend!
Had James come out to fixe a broken external faucet and he did an AMAZING job of walking me through what issues I could be facing and my pricing options based on what could be wrong. Then he did a great job fixing it
