Dr. CRAIG is one hellavu salesman. Not 100% sure about the Dr part. Complete exam .and xray at first. Then just standing on several machines and vibrate. Got some so called stem cell shots in back and ankles. Lastly on every visit was lay on a table and someone would Crack my back and neck. Same way everybody else did. Last trip an old fat lady was the one that cracked my back and neck. No followup exam to see if treatments were a success. Be careful about financing. I caught their finance company trying to overcharge interest. Above the interest percentage they quoted. Kick back to the doctor I presume. Nice people but I can't recommend. I have been working with Optimal Health Care regarding physical therapy on my knees and hip, and every experience has been exceptional. Dr. Greg , Dr. Joel , and the entire staff have been great to work with. They listen , and are invested in my becoming pain free. Thanks to all of you for helping me with my rehabilitation.
Still skeptical on why you have to pay office copays all in advance when copays are supposed to be per visit (my mom has the Medicare devoted health plan which is in-network). I was told it was because it's hard to keep track of copayments with as many patients coming and going as there are. Still seems kind of shady to me. Another thing is how they try their hardest to "sell" you their service. During the evaluation & X-ray review, the consultant was constantly repeating over and over the problems they saw in an attempt to "convince" you that this place will solve all your back ailments.
