In a world full of contractors who do the bare minimum and disappear when it matters, it stands out when someone actually delivers.
I manage property and deal with contractors daily. Most do just enough to get by. Clay and his crew at Xpress HVAC did more than expected, communicated clearly, and stood behind their work.
That is rare.

I had a service request in after office hours. The next morning - first thing, received a phone call asking if they could send a technician out right away!! WOW!!! That alone was impressive. Before 9am, I had a very professional service tech at my house to determine problems with my AC. Diagnosed and replaced the Fan Motor on the compressor, pressure washed the fins on the Compressor to allow it to cool better with all the grit and dust removed. Works like a AC System should!!!Awesome company - incredibly responsive, can do and get it done - very quickly. Plus, they use a Texting System to keep me informed on when tech coming, etc. - AND they were spot on with their arrival... read full review
