I got a sauna wrap and massage from here and it was amazing. The therapist was able to tell where my issues were without me having to tell her. She was also very knowledgeable about holistic and home remedies. She was super sweet and I will absolutely be back...actually about to schedule an appt. as I am writing!
If you are feeling stressed or out of sorts or you just need to be pampered, go to TRANQUILITY DAY SPA AND SALON. She can ease your tense muscles, rid your aches and pains, and relax you so much you feel like you are floating for the rest of the day. I highly recommend Tiffany but I am sure they are all good. The prices are more than fair. They are on Summerhill diagonal across from Walmart.
Went to see Leah for an hour sweedish massage. She is amazingly sweet and gives the best massages in town. I work retail and lift heavy product, i also practice yoga like a religion so I have alot of tightness in my shoulders and neck. She worked them out without being too hard or too soft. They have a spa and hair salon in the same building, must check it out!!!
