We have a rental property that was left in a mess...carpet was bought new 2 years ago. I was afraid it was a total loss, but I called Superior and just said.....just do the best you can and left him and his son working. We were so surprised by what a great job they did with it when we returned...so glad I called. I will call him for my own house from now on....and after I phoned he was there within 30 minutes and reasonable . Debbie Sharp
