Tony came to our house we just bought and immediately find the problem and quickly solved it. Best customer service, repaired problem in a timely manner. Definitely going to call Mr. Rooter again for any of our plumbing needs!
Rob and Ryker did a great job completely re-routing our washer drain line and were very accommodating for us even though they were the ones putting in the hard work. Me and my wife very much appreciate their professionalism, quality work and customer first attitude!
Our very busy clinic had a toilet to overflow, sending water everywhere. We called Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Texarkana, and they were able to get to us within an hour or so. We received an email and text to let us know that Rob and Bobby, the service professionals assigned to our job, were on the way. Both men were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our busy clinic. They got us fixed up and functional in a timely manner. They even vacuumed up some of the water in a main area for us!
