Tony came to our house we just bought and immediately find the problem and quickly solved it. Best customer service, repaired problem in a timely manner. Definitely going to call Mr. Rooter again for any of our plumbing needs!

Their customer service was great. However charging clients $524 to take off toilet and snake is INSANE when a new toilet cost $300 at Lowe’s. Guess I’ll YouTube how to DIY this because I was expecting a max $200 to snake. Least I have a handy man husband who can figure out. Won’t be calling them again for assistance.
