Michael always take great care in what he is doing. He explain what he is doing and what he has found. Even when i was not available he would come back and make things right. He does a great job.

Good company! I would recommend them but I don’t like the fact they can only spray at the doorways only and not clean all the spiderwebs and bee hives down outside or spray inside anymore plus the price increased for less services than pre-Covid!!

Report sent through email after service complete is not clear on what was actually done. Verbal confirmation and report confirmation should match. I was told”x” would be done but report does not show clear detail. I do not believe certain items were treated. Should specify “x” was treated with “chemical” or “steam” in “x” room.(O had to ask these questions) otherwise I don’t feel they would have been explained. Salesman seemed believable that services will solve issue, I would hope Terminix products will stand up to its name. So far, Yes I am satisfied with service that was “said” to be done.
