I was in very bad back pain and I was able to get an appointment quickly with Temple Chiropractic Spine & Injury. Dr. Jones was able to get an X-ray and start treatment the same day.
My family was in town because my dad was having cancer surgery at the nearby Baylor White and Scott hospital. That Day I threw my back out and couldn't move. My aunt and my sister called several local chiropractors. We found Temple Chiropractic Spine & Injury Center on Google and called. They said to come on in. When we arrived the sign said Performance Chiropractic & Spin but we are at the right spot. His assistant whom was only on her first week working was very nice and helped get us started. Dr. Jones soon came out, had me go back to a room where he was first going to assess my pain. he was going to make sure he would be able to help me at all. We talked a little bit about what I did how much pain I was in, where the pain was and we do a few things here and there to make sure exactly what was going on. I'm really thankful but he just didn't rush me in so I would become another customer but instead wanted to make sure that he could help me first. Most doctors well, not most doctors but a few doctors wouldn't have cared about that, and instead they just would've saw another patient and more money. He was honest and told me that he cannot do any kind of adjustments with the way my back was and we have two options one he could give me some acupuncture and perform electrical stimulation on my muscles. Second if I wanted immediate pain relief that we should go to an urgent care or they can give me a shot and drugs but then again I didn't of the day that would only mask the pain. I stayed and had him treat me. I also ended up going to urgent care later that evening just because I needed something for the pain. Before I left he had mentioned that his office was closed on Fridays but he said to come by anyway because he would want to check up on me and see how my back was doing. If I lived in Temple I would definitely return back to Dr. Jones and have him as my chiropractor. I highly recommend him mainly because he seems genuine and he seems to care and his staff is also very good.
Dr Jones is fantastic! Compassionate and empathetic to his patients. I definitely feel he is about his patients health and not his bottom dollar. As his patient you will be taken the ut most care of. I have seen my share of chiropractors and he tops the list. I will highly recommend him to anyone. His bedside manor and his passion for his practice is first rate! Thanks Dr. Jones! It means the world!
