All there staff at the temple, Texas office is amazing, helpful,and caring! I wanted say I’m very grateful and thankful for the lady who checked me in today, Cierra, and Dr. Grothe for taking the time to squeeze me in on short notice and taking care of my tooth ? today ????! You guys are so amazing and always go above and beyond to take care of your patients ? making us feel at home! Thank you ??for your services and God Bless Y’all!
The orthodontist and staff do great work and they are professional. The only down side is the wait time, my experience is they are always understaffed. When you check in, the front staff should inform you if the dr will be more than a hour wait. It's about respect for patients time. Alot of people work around their work schedule. It's all about respect for people time.
I was treated like a special person. The staff and Doctor were amazing. He told me I was going to be ok, and he finish so fast and I had no pain this Doctor is amazing. 1000 stars to him. Thanks Doctor. Tony R.
