If you are wanting a professional yet personable place to help you with the loss of a loved one, New Hope Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens is the place for you. They went above and beyond to help my family prepare all the documents, paperwork, and final decision making when it came to the type of service we wanted to choose. They also offered grief support, answered every question we had, and was very supportive. Showed us the upmost respect and provided comfort throughout the entire process. Beautiful and well kept facility. I would highly recommend using New Hope.
After the recommendation of a church member, we contacted New Hope Funeral after my son was killed. Mike Anderson worked closely with me on the arrangements, which included arranging for my son to be transported from Florida to Texas. The only hang up was getting a time set at the DFW National Cemetery for the interment. No one wanted to call the Cemetery without a copy of his DD214, which is actually not needed. However, other than that I could not have asked for a more compassionate handling of a heart breaking situation.
The New Hope staff made making the arrangements for our mother easy and comfortable! The day of the service they were there to stand by us, handle everything and comfort us. I would highly recommend this funeral home. They are so helpful!!Thank you, New Hope for everything!
