Great experience. We used 3M to relocate our current attic HVAC system and install several ductless split systems. They were very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. During the planning phase, they let us know what all our options were and what they thought was best (as opposed to the other companies I talked to that seemed to think the only option was scrapping our entire current system and installing brand new bigger better equipment--yikes). Their crew is top notch also--one of them has a beautiful singing voice and serenades everyone periodically throughout the day.
