I booked Norma's Cleaning after a very positive referral I received from my friend that had used them. I had a last minute request for a move out clean that they accommodated, even though it was on a Saturday. Unfortunately, my plans had changed and I needed to cancel my appointment. Norma's were very professional and understanding. I will definitely look to use them next time and would refer them without hesitation. Its great to see that some vendors still focus on Customer Service.

We had a great experience with the staff when they came to perform a final cleaning for our large River Oaks Properties. Best commercial cleaning company in the Houston area I’ve ran into! Thanks guys!!!

A neighborhood favorite! Several of my neighbors have hired Norma and her cleaning crew, and we are glad we did too... As of this review they have serviced our house 3 times with excellent results each time. Norma visiting every two weeks is perfect for us to keep things looking like we clean every day! We are very impressed at how organized and efficient their methods are. My wife and I, spending all day, couldn't get to half of what they can do in a couple hours; it's great. Our house is 3100 sq feet with a 4 year old and two dogs, so having outside help makes a huge difference on our weekend time to spend on no cleaning!
