I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Cindy Tu's office for an eye exam, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Her office is sparkling clean, and her staff is friendly and polite. Dr. Tu herself is an expert in her field and provided a thorough checkup. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Cindy Tu for anyone in need of an optometrist. She's an exceptional professional who provides top-notch care with a smile."
I randomly had a itch to see better one day at work so I called my insurance and found out Beyond 20/20 was listed as a premier location for VSP. Needless to say this place is super intimidating, I don't mean that in a negative way either, it feels more like a high end watch shop then an actual eye clinic. Everything seems to be in order, the entire area felt clean and well kept.The staff that I interacted with seemed to be confident and knowledgeable at the very least. All the ladies that were working seemed very professional and knowledgeable.
