It has been a hell of a year building consistency in showing up the gym since I started January 1, 2024. My trainer Isaiah Battle is excellent. I appreciate the nutrition services food drinks and food being provided. Most of the commercial gyms don't offer this.

There's a ton of different kinds of workout equipment here. I mostly use the treadmill. There are some of the machines that are out of commission, but I've always been able to find one to work out on.

I love the gym atmosphere and the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have the privilege to be trained by Tony the owner who’s awesome and extremely tough and kind all at the same time!!!The staff here truly cares for everyone’s health and teaches how to live a healthy lifestyle!~ Elaine
