I used Karen’s service too prepare my rental property for the market. My initial interactions with Karen were both professional and responsive to my cleaning needs, we quickly scheduled the service and I was extremely pleased with her work. Not only were her cleaning A++++ but she advised me that the garage disposal was not working and the sinks in the bathroom were draining slowly. I hired Ms. Karen on Monday, April 24th 2023 to clean my former 2 bedroom apartment for move out and she did a phenomenal job! She was very responsive, kind and made sure everything was clean. She did such a good job I didn’t owe anything when the landlord inspected the place! What a joy to do business with KarenTalk about a hard worker & Business owner that she is.1 company quoted me a day to day & 1/2 to clean a 4,800 square foot home with 8 people at $200.00 per hour. Karen cleaned our home all by herself as she started at 6:45am and finished around 9:30 pm that night well worth the amount charged and a nice tip to top it off.
