I had an issue with one of my zones not coming up and leakage in other areas. I contacted Sunset Irrigation and spoke with Sean. Sean was kind enough to find the time to come to my home on a busy day and take a look. Since I am completely ignorant to fixing anything to do with the sprinkler system I was truly expecting him to tell me my entire unit was screwed and that I would need to repair it for an astronomical cost. I am happy to report that Sean of Sunset Irrigation does not take advantage of our lack of knowledge. Sean came to my home, inspected the system, diagnosed, and fixed it all in a short time. We recently had some freeze damage to the sprinkler system which had a pin hole leak but we weren't where it was coming from. I contacted Sunset Irrigation because it was highly recommended, and Sean was fantastic! He quickly identified the problem with the crack behind the backflow preventer and took time to repair the leak and install a shut off valve and a new Febco backflow preventer so it'll be easier for winterization next time. Great guy, very responsive and accommodating. He adapted to my needs/schedules, and worked fast and efficiently. Did a good job on fixing my sprinkler issue, I recommend you give it a try if you need assistance with your irrigation needs!
