We have using Suncoast AC & Heating for more than ten years. They are remarkably reliable and honest. We had an AC unit go out Friday night, I texted Kerry, my technician, on Saturday morning and said can you put on your list for Monday. He texted back immediately and asked if I was available later that day. By noon he told me that the compressor was shot and that a new unit would be installed about 1 pm Monday. He also said I still had two months to go before my warranty expired. The new unit was installed and running by 2 pm on Monday, at zero cost to us. This is outstanding service, in my opinion.

We've used this company for years. They are always responsive and get the job done right. If they only need to do a small tweak for a repeat customer, they typically do that free of charge. Loyalty is valued.
