I have Aessa Bates and she is absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, accessible, informative, wonderful, CARING, and she treats you like family! Her follow-up is also excellent. She is a true gem and a true professional! My daughter Mary, who comes with me on some appointments when I don't have a babysitter, also loves her!
I have extensive medical issues and have seen numerous physicians. I have never received the nurturing, caring, professional medical services that I have received from Practitioner Assesa Bates, NP, at the North Houston Family Medical Clinic-Oaks. She is the best provider that I know; and, I have many years of experience in healthcare leadership in New Orleans, Houston, and surrounding areas! Without hesitation, I would highly recommend anyone to put their healthcare needs in the hands of Practitioner Bates. She will definitely earn your trust if you have had bad experiences with any other provider. I tell everyone I know about her services.
Aessa is really thorough and friendly. I have been with her for the last year and all of the people in the office are amazing and kind. I have been sick a lot and aessa always prescribes the best treatment and I always get better. I love this family practice.
