Although the original plumbing issue was resolved, I was unfortunately left dealing with additional damage and cleanup afterward. I would have appreciated being informed beforehand that the ceiling in my garage would need to be cut open so we could have moved our workout equipment out of the area. There were several people at home available to help move everything, but no warning or recommendation was given prior to the work being started.
As a result, we are now having to scrub hardened drywall and Sheetrock debris off our mats and workout equipment. Better communication and consideration for protecting the surrounding area would have made a significant... read full review
The control panel on hot water broke. The part was under warranty but had to be shipped from another state. Arrival time kept changing. KT Plumbing worked with me on changing the install date and installed the part late in the day when the part arrived. Service was great throughout. Highly recommend!
Kenneth was awesome, very professional and reasonable. This is a mom and Pop plumbing company and the quality is simply outstanding if you need Plumbing services in the area I would highly recommend them! I asked for a freeze proof bib and even though the pipes could not support it Kenneth went out of his way to find a solution so that my bib would not explode in the winter, Cannot appreciate you guys enough! Very knowledgeable very professional
