Great service! We had an issue with a bad motor that was covered under warranty but the manufacturer was not being helpful. The techs made 3 trips out to our house to make sure it finally worked. I highly recommend this business!

Ms Michelle is the contact person at Gossett. She very pleaseant, and guided me through the process of dispatching the AC tech to my residence at the earliest time.Jose G arrived promptly, located the problem in my 2.5 ton American Standard comprssor unit immediatley, (faulty capacitor), and within a time frame of half and hour, got my unit running.This is pershaps the best company, in terms of honesty and courtesey, that I have had the pleasure of doing buisiness with. Service and responsiveness has been superb. We can always count on Lee to quickly respond and fix the problem. Compressor went out in extreme high temperatures and replaced by Lee and Jose very next day. Veronica is always helpful in getting service scheduled and keeps us informed.Services: HVAC system repair
