Love this place (I’ve tried out a lot of waxing places). I see Rachel religiously and I can’t say enough about how wonderful she is! Professional, quick, and unbeatable bedside manner. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience at Waxing the City in Southlake with Vanessa today. She was very informative and put me at ease with helping me decide what to do. The front office was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable there. I will be back!
Sofia is the absolute best! She makes sure i am doing okay and the wax is not too hot! She talks me through the service every time because she knows i am nervous and she is the only person I will go too for a wax! She is very welcoming, always have a positive attitude and a smile on her face! She does a very good job! Everyone there is friendly
