We really like this vet’s office and doctors. The doctor called after he finished my dog’s dental procedure to let me know what he did and how she was doing. They even adjusted the bill downward since her procedure turned out to be less difficult than originally expected. The vet tech called us the next day to see how she was doing and if we had any questions.
I highly recommend Southlake Crossing Animal Clinic! It was my first time to take my dog there and I was quite impressed with Dr Mike Valdivia’s care and his courteous and helpful staffs. I feel that it is the right place for all my future Vet visits.

Unfortunately had to say goodbye to one of our fur babies today. They fit us in their busy Saturday schedule and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Compassionate and kind. Great bedside manner during times of sadness.
