I've been happy with the dentist and hygienists here, and the front desk makes scheduling a breeze. TVs in front of each chair help to distract you while you're getting your teeth worked on. The office is clean, comfortable, and in a good location.
We've been coming to Shafer for nearly a decade and the quality of their staff really stands out...head and shoulders above our previous dentist office experiences in the area. Most people dread going to the dentist but we actually look forward to our semiannual visits.
Dr. Shafer and his entire team including the awesome front desk team are simply wonderful to work with. I have been a patient for 8 years with zero complaints or issues. The entire team are courteous, helpful, enjoyable to be around, easy to speak with and helpful for all issues including insurance, procedures, scheduling, etc. Shafer Dental is a top 10 dental practice in the North Texas region.
