Linda is a body whisperer. She somehow knows exactly what each muscle needs and adjusts her technique with incredible intuition.
This is true therapeutic Thai massage, not for the faint of heart! If you’re looking for a light, relaxing spa massage, this probably isn’t it. But if you have chronic muscle tension, knots, or muscle spasms and want someone who isn’t afraid to really get in there and do the work, Linda is amazing. I had a prenatal massage with Linda today, and it was wonderful. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. Linda provided a great deep tissue massage while still being mindful of my pregnancy, and I left feeling much more relaxed and relieved of tension. Her attention to detail and caring demeanor really stood out. I highly recommend Linda to anyone, especially expecting moms looking for a relaxing and therapeutic prenatal massage experience
I was returning a chair that I bought through a third-party vendor. Osaki was unable to process the refund due to a seller portalerror. I had four or five extended chats with this vendor where they asked the same questions over and over and over again. they kept assuring me that it was being escalated and would be taken care of.
During that time, I was also emailing Jeff at Osaki and he was very helpful trying to do whatever he could.
He exhibited customer service that was extra mile through many emails
