I felt completely misled by this clinic’s pricing. The consultation was $325, and they added another $375 for bloodwork without mentioning it upfront. Paying over $700 for an I‑693 exam because of hidden fees is unacceptable.
I found this place on Google and recommended it to my friend and he ended up having the worst experience. Before he even completed the exam, the clinic revealed the extra charge, billed him immediately, and refused to refund the hidden fee. Only afterward did we learn that most civil surgeons in the area charge around $300 total for the entire I‑693 process.
I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. Look for a civil surgeon who is transparent about their pricing from the start. There should be a minus rating for this clinic.

What's frustrating is that they never upfront disclosed that bloodwork would be billed separately. That kind of hidden cost is simply unacceptable. For comparison, other civil surgeons in the area complete all I-693 related services for around $300 total. This clinic's pricing is not only excessive but also misleading. I would not recommend this clinic for your I-693 medical exam. Do your research and find a civil surgeon who is transparent about their full pricing upfront.

I went to see Dr. Mikki to see about my deep wrinkles on my cheeks. I’m 68 years old, but wasn’t happy looking it. She honestly told me that laser wouldn’t do what I wanted since loss of elasticity is the problem. I loved her honesty and her suggestion to do a soft filler to smooth out my lip lines. She assured me this would take my focus off my cheeks and go a long way towards me feeling better about my face. Ladies, she was absolutely right!!! Even though this was just a consultation she took me right back and with an injection in the corners of my mouth gave me a whole new look!!! Now, I didn’t want the “duck lip” look, but this smoothing out those fine lines worked miracles for me. I love the look, and she was exactly right, my focus is not on the wrinkles but on my smooth lip lines, no lines, no giant lips, just perfection. Dr. Mikki didn’t try to sell me anything, push any products, she just gave me honest thoughts and suggestions. My first experience with all of this was great, I will definitely return! And her office assistant was so sweet and helpful, and this is a biggie-her office was so clean, peaceful, and serene that it was an amazing experience. She checked on me 2 different days after my appointment making sure I liked my look, and that everything was good.
