    Excellent Service, It was super Relaxing! and Sophia explained everything in advance making sure I was comfortable with the procedure. She costumize the facial according to my skin, explaining why she was using each product, I already booked my next session and took advantage of the great promotion they have now!

    My Husband and I went to get a couples massage. Ash and Omar were so kind and personable when we checked in. I have a membership and LOVE the place!!! Charlie and Kimberly were our therapists and we will definitely be requesting them next time. Charlie was so attentive to my chronic pain and I truly appreciated her. Can't wait for my next massage!!!

    I would have given this establishment more stars... however I had a terrible experience with the 'owner' of this place and I know that leadership reflects workspace. I was a member for a year, then I moved and didn't really use it like I should have. I called to find out the protocol and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice, explained everything to me and I cancelled for the next year, but had 9 credits still available to use until March 2026. Everything was just great... Three days later, I had a call from the OWNER and he informed me that I needed to pay another month in order to keep my credits, even though I had a written email confirmation, stating I'm good... I cancelled correctly and I have until Mar 31st to use my credits. He was so disrespectful to me. He started yelling at ME on the phone......telling me how rude I was! I was so shocked and taken. back, that the owner of this place was literally raising his voice to me because he didn't want me to cancel... tried a few different ways to make me stay, and I told him, 'NO', I've moved, I'm cancelling, period. He followed up the disappointing phone conversation with another email, stating I can NOT use my 9 credits (that's 4 1/2 months of my payments) My membership will be cancelled and I loose everything. I sent him the email I received, stating I HAVE UNTIL MARCH to use my 9 credits..... then he started texting me and wanted to 'talk'. He said he see's we were 'both' having a bad day... but I was having a great day! I was in San Diego at a wedding, HE was having a bad day (probably every day) and for an owner, to treat a customer this way, it's a sure sign the place WILL fall... just glad I'm out before it does. I told my daughter what happened and she cancelled as well.... I'd run if I were you, join a Massage Envy or Hand and Stone, something where you're respected and treated with a little dignity. You don't want be part of something that's bound to fail, you could loose your money. I called my credit card company and got 3 months returned...... I'm still out 1 1/2 months (3 credits), worth it to be done with this place!

    Way too over priced for the services offered, you’re better off going to Nam Message & Day Spa. If you’re trying to get your moneys worth I would go over there than here.

    I have been a member of this establishment since about December, 2024. I was grandfathered into one of their memberships because there was to be a price increase in 2025. I’ve had my ups and downs with the billing and getting the proper amount charged. With every down regarding the payment, they have given me 5 ups to resolve the issue. Quite honestly, I’ve felt they’ve done more than enough to make it right! I’ve even requested for the freebies to stop, but they keep on giving because their customers happiness and wellness comes before any payment! Because of their great customer service, from the owner, down to each employee, I will forever continue to utilize them for my well being! I even had to ask the employees if they’ve been threatened by the owner because of how nice they were. Obviously I was joking, but I wanted to know because I have never experienced customer service at this level before! This is coming from a once, “Quality Supervisor” of a call center. And to top it off, their masseuse are very educated on the different types of massages that you request. I have not had a bad massage from anyone who have serviced me. Thank you, James and Kudos to your entire staff!

    Excellent customer service. Clean, pleasant environment. Rachael gave an amazing massage. She also provided tips for stiff areas. I highly recommend.

    Really great massage we used a Groupon but I’d pay full price if there wasn’t a coupon. The wife will probably be back sooner than I will.
