We took the Cookies, chai and childbirth class and it was WONDERFUL. Stephanie helped my husband and I prepare for everything with an unmedicated birth, and explained everything from the anatomy and basics of pregnancy and labor, the mental states and emotional support measures, to a detailed how-to on helping baby get out.
Will always be thankful to her for her expert guidance!

Great instructors! Super friendly and laid back. Classes were great! Facility is clean, organized and so welcoming. I love the way they have the studio and community areas laid out. Tea and snacks and a nice cozy lounge area. They have book clubs and fun events as well. They also have an introductory offer. 4 classes for $24. I really enjoyed it but ultimately decided to go with another studio but only because it just opened up and is a lot closer to my house.
