AGES have always been good for getting right on the problem and getting everything fixed in a timely manner. We are happy that we continue to get Josha Callahan as our technician. He’s always very professional and courteous.
They provided a second opinion diagnosis service. Found first opinion company had misdiagnosed the issue. Glad I got a second opinion preventing me from paying to replace the wrong part only to be faced with another extremely expensive repair to replace the part that is the actual failed part. My tech, Taylor took time to explain the difference in two parts and how you determine which one it is. Kind, respectful and patient with an older senior that appreciates these qualities.
