Poor customer service and no accountability. I Ordered a single porta potty for a party of mine and the person I spoke on the phone with said it would be delivered the next day. I even asked the person on the phone to confirm the address and everything was correct. I never received the porta potty I paid for and when I inquired about a refund, the company told me it was my fault for not coming out when their driver supposedly 'honked'. I told them their driver never honked and they disagreed, they even sent me a picture of the driver outside my house and it was the wrong house! Bad service. They wanted to charge for the rental and make a police report when they found out it was their mistake. Becareful cause if it wasn't because there was cameras I would had to pay 1000 . They also broke a pipe line with their truck and don't wanna be responsible for it. Bad customer service. The worst potty portable service. If you rent one make sure there's cameras on it cause they steal it and they will wanna charge you.

I don't know his name but the gentleman who came and cleaned my septic tank was heaven sent. He didn't only go above and beyond he went deeper into detail than most business owners do. Excellent work guy at Ivan's!!!
